I’m an Ohio native and a state-licensed home inspector, and I take a lot of pride in bringing a personal, hometown feel to every inspection. With over 20 years of experience in the trades and the firsthand knowledge of running a small business, I believe in honesty, thoroughness, and making sure my clients feel confident in their decisions. As the sole inspector and owner-operator, I handle every inspection myself, giving each client my full attention. More than just a business, this is how I support my family—my wife and our wonderful daughter. That’s why I truly appreciate when people choose to support local businesses like mine. State Licensed
I’m a state-licensed home inspector in Ohio and the sole owner-operator of my small business. I’ve completed the National Home Inspector Examination (NHIE) and take pride in providing thorough, honest home inspections to help homeowners and buyers make confident decisions. Beyond my work, I’m a husband and a proud father to a wonderful daughter. Running my own business allows me to support my family while doing something I love, and I truly appreciate when people choose to support local businesses like mine.
Additional Education and Certification
In addition to being a state-licensed home inspector, I’ve completed additional training and certifications to expand my expertise and provide the best service possible. Ongoing education is important to me, ensuring I stay up to date with industry standards, new technologies, and best practices. These extra certifications allow me to offer a more thorough and knowledgeable approach to every inspection, giving my clients the confidence they need when making such an important investment.
